JOIN US ONLINE TO CELEBRATE THE LORD IN HIS MAJESTY, THIS SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 6!
Join us for worship this Sunday as we continue our study from the Psalms entitled: "Great is the Lord!" This week we will be looking at Psalm 93 as we on focus on God's majesty and power in a message entitled "The Lord on High is Mighty!" OUR PRE-RECORDED SERVICE WILL ONCE AGAIN BE AVAILABLE SUNDAY AT 10:30 A.M. THROUGH OUR WEBSITE, THE CHURCH APP, AND ON YOUTUBE.

Sermon: "The Lord on High is Mighty" (Psalm 93)
Psalm 93 declares, "The Lord reigns, He is robed in majesty?." In this message we focus on the reality of God as King and how He rules over the chaos of this world with majesty and mighty power. This message will help us to see the King in His glory and give him the worship that He deserves.

TABLE TALK
Discussion questions for your family about today's message from God's Word.

1. When you think of a king, what comes to your mind? Do you think it is difficult for us to grasp what it means to say that God is King, and He reigns on high? What is our proper response to the Lord as our King? Discuss this with your family.

2. In light of all the chaotic upheaval in our world today, why is it important to remember that the Lord reigns? What symbolism is expressed in the declaration that the Lord on High is mightier than the waves of the sea? What does it mean to you to know that the Lord is more powerful than any storm you may face?

3. Psalms 93-99 emphasize the majestic power of God as King. Why is it important for us to meditate and pray these psalms? Psalm 93 teaches that holiness befits the house of God, the King. How does this mandate for holiness extend to the people of God? How can we honor Him by living holy lives?

SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES ARE NOW SCHEDULING IN-PERSON GATHERINGS!
Due to the improving situation regarding COVID-19 and the lessening of stress upon area hospitals, it is now safe for us as a church family to gather once again indoors in groups of approximately 20 or less with appropriate precautions. It is not yet possible for all classes to gather on Sundays, but our largest rooms are being made available at various times throughout the week to allow classes to meet while wearing masks and observing social distance. Check with your Sunday School class leaders for details!

IN-PERSON WORSHIP SERVICES ARE SET TO RESUME ON SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 20!
We will have two morning worship services with enhanced safety precautions in place. We are still working out the details of the schedule, but we will be publishing more information very soon. What a blessing it will be to worship the Lord together once again!
"Oh come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the LORD, our Maker!" (Psalm 95:6)

IN-PERSON BIBLE STUDY FOR KIDS
Bible Study for 1st-5th graders will be made available on Sundays at 9:30 a.m. This move is in response to several adult classes that will be meeting at that time. The ?rst 10 of us will be meeting in the choir room. Over?ow will be assigned to other rooms. Rooms will be sanitized each week before the children arrive. We will be taking temperatures at the door and socially distancing in the classroom. Teachers and children age 10 and over will need to wear masks. We will be sanitizing our hands upon entrance to or exit from the classroom. Children will use supplies each week that have been designated for their use only.

We are looking forward to being together in person and will take every precaution to keep everyone safe. Please don't send your child if they have any symptoms of illness. Our ?rst few weeks we will be studying the wisdom of the book of Proverbs. We all need to learn skills for living a Godly life in a unGodly world and God provides us with detailed instructions in the book of Proverbs.

Preschool age children will have childcare available for those attending Bible Study. The same precautions will be taken except only the adults will be required to wear masks.
We expect that these arrangements will change sometime in the future.

LABOR DAY HOLIDAY
The church office will be closed on Monday, September 7th in observance of Labor Day.

CHURCH OFFICE HOURS
The church office will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (closed from 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. for lunch). The phone lines will be open during this time as well. If you call and nobody answers, please leave a message and someone will return your call as soon as possible.
