Overnight or Extended Stay Guidelines

In order to assist us in providing a clean and safe facility for everyone to use, we request the following rules and guidelines be followed:

• Spills & debris should be promptly be cleaned up and removed.
• Kitchen counters, sinks, etc. are to be cleaned if they are used.
• Empty trash cans & replace liners (please do not drag these down the steps or across the parking lot as this will leave a residue).
• Do not leave items in restrooms or showers, i.e., clothes, towels, toiletries, etc.
• Do not leave youth under the age of 18 unsupervised.
• Use only the rooms reserved.
• Turn off the lights and secure the building when leaving the premises.
• Supervise youth to assure that the building and equipment are not abused.
• Inform maintenance of your schedule so they may arrange their cleaning times.
• Inform maintenance as soon as possible of any items needing attention, i.e., burned out bulbs, leaky faucets, low supply of paper towels or toilet paper, etc.
• Notify the church office or maintenance immediately of any personal injury or damage to property or furnishings.
• Ask for permission before using equipment, tables, chairs, etc. (no kitchen stoves or ovens are to be used except the microwave ovens).
