Jeffrey is a Texas native, born in Austin and spent fifteen years in McAllen throughout his childhood. Due to God’s calling, his family moved to Alabama during his freshmen year of High School and he still calls it home today. Jeffrey feels blessed to have been raised in a Godly family. His dad, Terry, has been a Pastor of Worship since before he was born and his mom, Sharon, has served in Children’s and Women’s ministries. Jeffrey's older brother, Jeremy, currently serves as the Associate Student/Worship Pastor at Castle Hills Baptist Church in San Antonio. His little sister, Jamie, is a junior at Auburn University and is also an instructor for a Christian based Special Olympics team.
Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Auburn University and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Christian Education with a concentration in Student Ministry from Southwestern Theological Seminary. He received his call to ministry during his junior year of college as he worked with students at his home church in Alabama. Jeffrey feels God used this period of his life to really burn into his heart the idea that students are the future of the church, as well as a fundamental piece of the puzzle of the body of Christ. It is Jeffrey's desire to witness an awakening in the hearts of students on a universal scale as well as train them to fearlessly share the gospel with the world!
